Year 3 had a a fantastic time during Arts week when we were visited by two students who were studying art at Nottingham Trent University. They showed us their expertise in printing and we gave some of them a go by using natural resources.

We tried leaf printing, finger printing and sponge printing and created our own forest scenes using these different techniques. We also created a display board showing off these different prints and tried to recreate Sherwood Forest, thinking really carefully about the different plants, animals and tress that we might see there.
