Let's get moving!
Our new focus in PE this half term is athletics. We will be continuing with dance on Wednesday.
Monday – Athletics – Lesson 1
Athletics is made up of three main parts: running, jumping and throwing. For this lesson, you will be thinking about your running stride and basic throwing and jumping actions. Watch the video, listen to the man (Mr Roberts), giving his instructions and pause the video when you need to!
If you do not have equipment such as cones, the video also provides alternative items to use at home.

Friday – Athletics – Lesson 2

Live HIIT Session
