We are so proud of these 8 fantastic children who represented our school at the Rushcliffe Schools Cross Country event yesterday afternoon.  

Beautiful sunshine swept across Rushcliffe Country Park for the afternoon as teams of 4 boys and 4 girls from schools all over Nottinghamshire ran around a challenging 2k course. The rain from Storm Barra had left the ground heavy and slippery giving the children an extra factor to contend with. 

All ran amazingly well and were very proud of their efforts - some strong performances and importantly all finished with big smiles on their faces. 

A massive well done to Lottie and Eleni who were in the top 12 meaning they now go through to the Nottinghamshire event held in February next year.  Also, thank you to Mr Benskin and the parents for taking and supporting  them.
