What a lovely start to the term! Year 1 walked to Denton Drive park yesterday to do some sketching and georgraphy work. We drew the trees around us; concentrating on including thick and thin lines. In geogrpahy we will be thinking about human and physical features of the environment so we took this opportunity to look at the environment around our school. We even got the chance to play in the park!
