We all had a fantastic afternoon designing and making a raft for the gingerbread man. We tested a range of different materials to see if they were waterproof or absorbent and then used this knowledge when designing and making our raft. We had a lot of fun testing them, particularly when some of our rafts sank and the gingerbread man got wet! We thought about what we might do next time to ensure that all of our rafts floated.
