Heymann Primary & Nursery School

Inspiring and motivating our children
to be the best they can be

We have been learning about Roman pots and the coiling technique that they used to use. Some of us tried to create a curved pot and some of us tried to create a pot that was straighter. We then used modelling tools to score the clay and used slip to help each layer blend together. All the children worked so hard and we were really impressed with the results. Once their pots have dried we will be able to send them home.
