In our science lesson this week, we did a demonstration of the digestive system! We used biscuits, bananas, orange juice and water. The food and liquid went into a plastic bag which represented the mouth and then crushed it representing the teeth! The mixture then travelled down a pair of tights, representing the oesophagus, stomach and intestines. It was a very interesting experiment to do!
