We had a fantastic day celebrating World Book Day! We loved seeing everyone's outfits, characters from Harry Potter to Diary Of A Wimpy Kid, all our sports stars and lots of comfy clothes to read in! We started the day writing limericks about our favourite book characters. Afterwards, we watched a live stream from Michael Rosen about his poems - everyone particularly loved the poem chocolate cake, of course! This afternoon, we did a World Book Day quiz. The children worked so well in their groups, and it was so lovely seeing their love of reading show throughout the day!
