This week, the children have completed their hot write of a portal story using the action toolkit to great effect. They have persevered through some tough maths tests and done a fantastic job of performing 'The Listeners' poem by Walter de la Mare (see below). In addition, we have started getting into the festive spirit by visiting our Reception's Nativity performance, enjoying Christmas jumper and dinner day, class twinning with Year 2 for a bit of sing-along practice and visiting the Christmas Fair.
