Transitioning back to school from home learning – activities

As it is our last week of home learning before returning to school, we understand that you might be feeling a bit hesitant and anxious. If you are, we have added “countdown to school activities” at the bottom of this page. These activities are a great way to help you prepare and build on your positive thinking!

World Book Day!

It is World Book Day on Thursday 4th March. Take a look at our World Book Day page! You will be able to listen to the Year 2 teachers read their favourite stories and extracts from books and find some exciting activities! We will be talking more about World Book Day on our Thursday’s zoom. Please could children have a favourite book at the ready to be able to share with the rest of the group.

Stay safe, remember if you need any help with anything you can email us at year2-teachers@heymann.notts.sch.uk
