Heymann Breakfast Club is held at both KS1 and KS2 depending on which school your child attends.  The Clubs run each morning of school from 7.30am and are run by Heymann staff who already know our children well.

 

Children are given a choice for breakfast which consists of various cereals, toast or bread (white or brown) with butter, honey, jam, or marmalade, and a drink of water or milk.  After eating there is a wide range of games, books, toys and crafts to play with before classes start.

 

The cost per session is £5.50 per child payable by the 10th of each month for the current month through our online booking and payment facility, Arbor.  Adhoc bookings are subject to limited availability.  Missed sessions will be charged for in full.

 

If you wish to make a booking please contact  breakfastclub@heymann.notts.sch.uk  to complete a Club Registration form/ confirm acceptance of the Club's terms.   Parents can then make bookings direct on their Arbor Wraparound Club account,

 

Cancellation requests should to be emailed to breakfastclub@heymann.notts.sch.uk .  Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice (ie within school weekdays, not weekends and school holidays) do not incur any refund.  Due to the nature of qualified staffing provision no refunds are given for absences due to sickness, holidays, appointments etc.

 

Late bookings with less than 48 hours’ notice (ie within school weekdays, not including weekends and school holidays) will be charged at £8.50.  Late booking requests should be emailed to breakfastclub@heymann.notts.sch.uk  prior to attending.

 

Please note Nursery bookings are part of Nursery Wraparound Care and do not incur any refunds and will be charged for due to required Nursery staffing ratios.

 

You may drop your child off at Breakfast Club between 7.30 and 8.20am for KS1, and 7.30 and 8.30am for KS2.  Staff then stop serving food, clear away Breakfast Club and prepare the children to take to class.  Please note, no arrivals after 8.20am KS1, and 8.30am KS2.  This is a very tight timeframe whilst tidying, supervising and prepare the children ready to take to their various classes.  

 

KS1 - Swithland Drive (Nursery, Reception classes, Year 1 and Year 2)

There is an optional drive through drop off system at KS1. 

The staff car park barrier will be open between 7.30 and 8.20am.  Please drive through the staff car park barrier to the end of the driveway.  Please take your child to the rear staff entrance door where a member of the team will register then escort your child to Breakfast Club in the main hall.  After handover please drive forward, turn around at the turning circle and exit through the barrier which automatically opens.  The entrance barrier will drop at 8.20am and this BFC entrance door is then not manned.  If you prefer not to use the drive through option please park on Loughborough Road and walk your child to the drop-off point.  After Breakfast Club children will be escorted to class.  

 

KS2 - Waddington Drive (Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, Year 6)

You may drop your child off at Breakfast Club at the school's main entrance door between 7.30 and 8.30am where a member of staff will register your child and direct them to Breakfast Club in the main hall.  Please note, no arrivals after 8.30am.  This is a very tight timeframe whilst tidying, supervising and prepare the children ready to be taken to their various classes.
