Heymann Breakfast Club is held at both KS1 and KS2 depending on which school your child attends. It runs each morning school from 7.30am.
Children are given a choice for breakfast which consists of cereal, toast or bread with butter, honey, or a choice of jams, and a drink of water or milk. After eating there is a wide range of games, books, toys and crafts to play with before classes start.
Adjustments to your account for cancellations or sickness absence will be uploaded by month end. Missed sessions will be charged for in full. All bookings are to commence at the start of the school year from 1 September 2023.
The cost per session is £4.25 per child payable in advance by the 10th of each month through your Schoolmoney account, Ad hoc bookings are subject to availability and due for payment by the date of the session.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice on school weekdays (ie not weekends and school holidays) will be charged at £2.00 as a partial refund.
Sessions booked with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at £6.00 (ie after 7.30am the previous school day).
Please note Nursery bookings are part of Nursery Wraparound Care and do not incur any refunds.
You may drop your child off at Breakfast Club between 7.30 and 8.20am, this allows time to clear away and get all children ready to be taken to the various classes.
KS1 - Swithland Drive (Nursery, Reception classes, Year 1 and Year 2)
There is an optional ‘drive through drop off’ system at KS1.
The staff car park barrier will be open between 7.30 and 8.20am. Please drive to through the staff car park to the end of the driveway. A member of the Breakfast Club team will welcome your child and register them. Another member of the team will escort your child to Breakfast Club in the main hall. After handover please drive forward, turn around at the turning circle and exit through the barrier which automatically opens. The entrance barrier will drop at 8.20am. If you prefer not to use the drive through option please park on Loughborough Road and walk your child to the drop-off point. After Breakfast Club children will be escorted to class.

KS2 - Waddington Drive (Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, Year 6)
You may drop your child off at Breakfast Club between 7.30 and 8.20am, this allows time to clear away and get all children ready to be taken to the various classes.
Please go to the main gate where a member of staff will register your child who will then be taken to Breakfast Club. After Breakfast Club children will be escorted to class.
