Introduction

Here are some short videos on different aspects of life in the foundation unit. Some of these will give you an insight into how we work with children in reception whereas others might be useful to refer back to as your child develops. In particular, the reading, writing and maths videos might help you to know how best to support your child throughout the year.

We will be teaching phonics using the Little Wandle programme and your child will soon be bringing home a reading book to practise with you.
