KS1 COLLECTION - PLEASE RING 0115 923 0760 TEN MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVING, DRIVE THROUGH CAR PARK BARRIER TO THE END OF THE DRIVE, WAIT AT THE GREEN STAFF GATE AND YOUR CHILD WILL BE BROUGHT TO YOU.
KS2 COLLECTION - PLEASE RING 07715 822 336 TEN MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVING, USE BUZZER AT MAIN GATE AND YOUR CHILD WILL BE BROUGHT TO YOU.
KS1 - Swithland Drive - Nursery, Reception Classes, Year 1 and Year 2.
KS2 - Waddington Drive - Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, Year 6.

The Club is situated on the school premises at both KS1 and KS2 depending on which school your child attends. We have a team of experienced and qualified staff who aim to give parents/carers peace of mind whilst their children are attending the Club.
Children need to be safe, well looked after and enjoy themselves! We believe there are enormous benefits for those children attending the Club in the familiar and safe environment of their school.
Equipment
We have a vast range of toys, games, craft and other equipment that cover the age range from nursery to 11 years, for both indoor and outdoor play.
Attending HOOSC after other school clubs and activities
We know that children like to attend the activities that run after school (football, tennis, etc). Being based in the school, the children can go straight to HOOSC afterwards, so you can be confident they will have somewhere safe to go and something to eat before you arrive to collect them. Please notify Alison Fielding, Wraparound Services Manager, by email if you would like your child to be collected from an after school activity and taken to HOOSC.
Snacks
On arrival at the Club children are given a light tea, and any special dietary needs are catered for. The menu has been designed to complement the midday school meal and with our Healthy School Policy in mind.
Opening hours
We are open each school day except school inset days, and term time only. You may collect your child any time up to 6.00pm (but no later than 6,00pm). ANY collections after this time will incur a ”late collection” fee per site to cover additional costs to the Club.
Cost
The cost per child is £11.00 per session. This is payable by the 10th of each month for the current month through Schoolmoney, our online payment facility. Ad-hoc bookings are subject to availability and due for payment by the date of the session booked.
Sessions booked with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at £16.50 (ie after 3.00pm the previous school day).
Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice on school weekdays will be charged at £5.50 as a partial refund; weekends and holidays do not count within the 48 hour requirement. Missed sessions will be charged for.
Adjustments to your account for cancellations or sickness absence will be uploaded by month end. All bookings are to commence at the start of the school year from 1 September.
Please note Nursery bookings are part of Nursery Wraparound Care and do not incur any refunds and will be charged for with the monthly Nursery Wraparound billing on Schoolmoney.
Please notify HOOSC@heymann.notts.sch.uk in advance if you arrange for someone other than your registered contacts to collect your child. This is a safeguarding requirement.
