This half term in year 2 our enquiry question in history is ‘Why was a castle built in England?’. As part of this, we are inviting children to join in with our show and tell focus which will be to design and make a castle and explain the different parts. We look forward to finding out about all the exciting and creative ways that you have made your castles! In previous years children have made cardboard or Lego models, pictures, posters etc. Your child will be made aware of the task but if you have any questions, please ask your child’s class teacher. Here are some examples of what children have made previously!
