Hi year 3, 

The year 3 teachers are so impressed with how hard you are all still working! You should be really proud of yourselves. 

We hope you enjoyed Science week last week and learning all about plants and flowers. We have loved seeing how creative you've all been with making your own flowers out of everyday objects around the house. 

Some of you have sent videos through of you performing a poem and we are blown away by your talent, This week we want you to create your own poem all about plants and animals. There are lots of examples of poems to help you. Be as creative as possible and maybe you could send a video of your poem to our email address year3-teachers@heymann.notts.sch.uk. 

This week, the whole school are taking part in a PE festival called Joy of Moving. There is a resource pack uploaded below and we want you to join in with these activities on Wednesday afternoon. There is an information sheet that has gone out in parent mail and also attached below. Please send any photos of videos of the festival so we can use them on the blog. Also, there is orienteering activities this week from Notts School games which looks really interesting. It might be nice to try something new so go check it out.
