Hello Year 1,

We hope that you had fun completing your projects and enjoying the sunshine last week! Thank you to everyone that sent us pictures or videos of your fantastic activities.

This week, your home learning mat has lots of activities all about Africa, as that is where your story for the week is set. Watch the video of Miss Cash reading Handa's Surprise below and then enjoy the fun and creative challenges on your home learning mats!

You can also use some of the other resources we have sent you to keep busy, including Sora or Scholastic reading, Chess Kids, Future Fit, Letter Join and the extra tabs at the side of this page. Well done everyone that has been keeping up their reading at home!
