Another week, another exciting home learning mat for you to complete!
We hope you are all ok and enjoyed some time in the sunshine with the lovely weather we had at the end of last week. We are loving seeing and hearing about all of the fantastic work you have been doing so far, and are very proud of all of the hard work you are putting into all of your activities! A huge well done!
Keep on sending your pictures and emails to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. As usual we will post it to the blog on a Friday afternoon, which is a really lovely opportunity for you to see what your friends have been up to throughout the week. Please still let us know if you do not wish for your child’s photos to be shared on the school blog.
We are looking forward to having another zoom meeting this week. It would be great if you could share with us a piece of writing that you have done from one of the homework mats.
If you fancy learning a new skill, why not learn how to play chess? There is an information sheet below for more information, but follow this link and create an account: https://www.chesskid.com/register/kid/group/PT9T7N.
You could also learn how to sign your name using British Sign Language, by watching this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DgIvXXdwjvw.
Letterjoin is still there for you to access, so you can practise your Heymann writing style. Use your home learning book to write down your lovely handwriting! The username is: vt0545 and password: home.
Don’t forget to keep an eye out for your next instalment of ‘Danny the Champion of the World’ and other stories on the Stories section of the website. This can count towards your daily reading too!
Have a wonderful week and we look forward to seeing you in this week’s zoom meeting!
