We hope you have enjoyed the glorious sunshine that half term has brought.  Please continue with the mat over the next week and also attached is the new Picture News for this week - all about why people choose the jobs that they do.  Have you thought about the job that you might want?

We look forward to seeing some of you in school in the week beginning 8th June 2020.

Take care one and all

Monday 25th May 2020

It may not quite seem like it but this week is Half Term. So, we have set you a work mat that will last both this week and the following week. That is because we know you have been all working hard, and it is important to take a break if you need to! If you are in a good working routine, then the mat is there so you can start working through the tasks but don’t worry about trying to get it all done in one week!

Please find below the latest 'Picture News' for you to read, listen, share, and discuss at home. This week's Picture News is all about where we live and a really interesting idea on how the future of living could look! See what you think!

Football Skills Challenge:

A former Forest player and current coach has sent Heymann a message and also set you a challenge! Watch the video below to find out more. All entries (entries can be a skill or shot) need to be emailed to Mr Hill at A few winners will be selected from all the entries…Good Luck!

Thank you to everyone who shared their ‘doors’ poems and work in the zoom meetings and via email. We were so impressed with the quality of the work that you produced. Below are a couple of videos highlighting the use of ICT to bring an existing poem to life and a performance of an original poem. Enjoy.
