Thank You, Firefighters!
We would like to say a huge thank you to our local firefighters for taking the time to visit our Nursery this week.
The children were fascinated to learn all about the important job that firefighters do to help keep people safe. They listened carefully as they found out about the different emergencies firefighters respond to and how they help their community every day.
The firefighters showed the children some of the special equipment they use, explaining what each item is for and how it helps them do their job. The children were especially excited to have the opportunity to try on some of the equipment themselves and see it up close!
It was a fantastic hands-on experience that sparked lots of curiosity and conversation. The visit helped the children learn more about the world around them and the people who help us in our community.
Thank you again to the firefighters for giving up their time to visit us and for making the experience so memorable. The children thoroughly enjoyed every moment and are still talking about it days later!
