Heymann Breakfast Club is held at both KS1 and KS2 depending on which school your child attends. The Club runs each morning of school from 7.30am.
Children are given a choice for breakfast which consists of various cereals, toast or bread (white or brown) with butter, honey, or jam, or marmalade, and a drink of water or milk. After eating there is a wide range of games, books, toys and crafts to play with before classes start.
The cost per session is £5.50 per child payable in advance by the 10th of each month through your Arbor account. Adhoc bookings are subject to LIMITED availability and due for payment by the date of the session booked. Parents make bookings direct on their Arbor Wraparound Club account, after initial Registration with the Club. Missed sessions will be charged for in full.
If you wish to make a booking please contact breakfastclub@heymann.notts.sch.uk as you will need to complete a Club Registration form before bookings can be accepted.
Cancellation requests need to be emailed to breakfastclub@heymann.notts.sch.uk. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice on school weekdays (ie not weekends and school holidays) do not incur any refund.
Late bookings with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at £8.50. Requests should be emailed to breakfastclub@heymann.notts.sch.uk.
Please note Nursery bookings are part of Nursery Wraparound Care and do not incur any refunds.
You may drop your child off at Breakfast Club between 7.30 and 8.20am. Staff then stop serving food, clear away Breakfast club and prepare the children to take to class. Please note, no arrivals after 8.20am. This is a very tight timeframe whilst tidying, supervising and prepare the children ready to be taken to the various classrooms.
KS1 – Swithland Drive (Nursery, Reception classes, Year 1 and Year 2)
There is an optional drive through drop off’ system at KS1.
The staff car park barrier will be open between 7.30 and 8.20am. Please drive through the staff car park barrier to the end of the driveway. A member of the Breakfast Club team will welcome your child and register them. Another member of the team will escort your child to Breakfast Club in the main hall. After handover please drive forward, turn around at the turning circle and exit through the barrier which automatically opens. The entrance barrier will drop at 8.20am. If you prefer not to use the drive through option please park on Loughborough Road and walk your child to the drop-off point. After Breakfast Club children will be escorted to class.

KS2 – Waddington Drive (Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, Year 6)
You may drop your child off at Breakfast Club between 7.30 and 8.20am, this allows time to clear away and get all children ready to be taken to the various classes.
Please go to the main gate where a member of staff will register your child who will then be taken to Breakfast Club. After Breakfast Club children will be escorted to class.

HOOSC (Heymann Out Of School Club) – COSTS AND TERMS
The Club is situated on the school premises at both KS1 and KS2 depending on which school your child attends. We have a team of experienced and qualified staff who aim to give parents/carers peace of mind whilst their children are attending the Club.
Children need to be safe, well looked after and enjoy themselves! We believe there are enormous benefits for those children attending the Club in the familiar and safe environment of their school.
Equipment
We have a vast range of toys, games, craft and other equipment that cover the age range from nursery to 11 years, for both indoor and outdoor play.
Attending HOOSC after other school clubs and activities
We know that children like to attend the activities that run after school (football, tennis, etc). Being based in the school, the children can go straight to HOOSC afterwards, so you can be confident they will have somewhere safe to go and something to eat before you arrive to collect them. Please notify Alison Fielding, Wraparound Services Manager, by email if you would like your child to be collected from an after school activity and taken to HOOSC.
Snacks
On arrival at the Club children are given a light tea and any special dietary needs are catered for. The menu has been designed to complement the midday school meal and with our Healthy School Policy in mind.
Opening hours
We are open each school day except school inset days, and term time only. You may collect your child any time up to 6.00pm (but no later than 6,00pm). ANY collections after this time will incur a ”late collection” fee per site to cover additional costs to the Club.

Please ring 0115 923 0760 ten minutes before arriving, drive through car park barrier to the end of the drive. Wait a the green staf fgate and your child will be brought to you.
KS2 COLLECTION
Please ring 07715 822 336 ten minutes before arriving, use buzzer at main gate andyour child will be brought to you.

Nursery Charges and Terms
Our services are available Monday to Friday term time only. We have holiday clubs that are run on-site for Heymann pupils during school holidays. There is no School or Care provision on school INSET days. These dates are published on the school calendar.
Offer of a placement in Nursery is conditional on completion of our full Admissions process. Admission to Heymann Nursery does not guarantee a placement in Heymann Reception classes.

Day Care morning or afternoon sessions
Day Care takes place in the nursery and allows your child to stay all day.
We offer flexibility of Care using the free 15-hours funding for 3-4 year olds, 30-hour Extended funding if eligible, and/or various tax-free schemes. We offer full wraparound care, enabling your child to stay all day from 7.30am to 6.00pm if required.
Children staying all day will need to book Lunch Club care.
The morning session begins at 8:30am until 11:30am. The afternoon session follows on from lunch club and is 12:15pm until 3:15pm. Due to the nature of staffing provision no refunds are given for absences (sickness, holidays, appointments etc).
There are limited places available in each session. If there is high demand for places these will be offered to children requiring the most sessions a week first and/or follow our Admissions criteria.

Lunch Club – Nursery Wraparound Care
Lunch Club runs from 11:30am until 12:15pm and is open for children attending nursery sessions. If your child attends a full day, Lunch Club is a requirement. Due to the nature of staffing provision no refunds are given for absences (sickness, holidays, appointments etc).
The children may have some time to play outside (or in the classroom if it is wet) once they have finished their lunch.
