Year 6 had a fantastic trip to the Framework Knitters museum in Ruddington. This was to link to our topic on the Industrial Revolution and also take in some local history. The children got to see first hand what the living experience was like for families who worked there, see some of the machinery that was used and also have a go with some of the equipment.
