It has been lovely to welcome the year 5’s back from their Easter break. This week, we have started our whole class reading about ‘Thief’ and compared the word ‘thief’ to ‘cheat’ with great insight. In English, we have been learning Charles’ diary, linked to Voices in the Park, and in maths, we have been using protractors. In science, our learning about life cycles progresses and our new topic about Vikings has begun.
